The Big Picture

I am using machine learning approaches to improve particle tracking analysis in 2D and 3D systems. Specifically, I’m using simulations of vesicles moving through cells to train a neural net to accurately identify and track particles through videos. I am focusing on how extracellular vesicles are secreted and taken up by cancer cells.
